1. White ink Mixing System&White ink System:
A3 DTF printer is equipped with an excellent ink supply system with built-in white ink mixing and automatic circulation function.This ensures smooth ink flow, prevents deposits, avoids nozzle clogging, extends printer life, and enables smooth white inkprinting on a variety of fabrics.
2. Vacuum suction platform:
Vacuum adsorption conveying platform, absorbing the print material to ensure that the material does not bulge or run off.
3. Printing platform heating system：
The heating platform can be customized to set the temperature according to the printing environment to help the ink dry quickly.The top white ink layer is dry and receives a special powder adhesive coating.

Upgraded Film Feeding System
The upgraded film delivery system enables printing on single sheets of A3/A4 size DTF transfer film or rolls of DTF transfer film,
which cleverly circumvents the problem of paper jamming that is common with conventional printers.

Here are the reference settings:
1. Baking Powder: Oven:145℃ for 120 seconds/Powder shaker:120℃-125℃
2. Heat Press: 150℃ for 15-20 seconds
3. Cold Peel: Wait 20-30 seconds after pressing
4. Hot Peel: Peel off within 5 seconds.
