Return Policy

At FLEXICARE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personal care or hygiene products (once opened)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
